OSM INTENSE 

           SUMMER SPECIAL 

Come to Ondrusek Sports Medicine�s 5 day a week class for 13 weeks and see the results.  

 OSM Intense 2010 will be M-F 9:00 � 10:00AM June 7th - Spetember 3rd, 2010. Each day of the week will have a different focus including Balance, Cardio, Power, Flexibility, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, and Pilates. The variety in this class will keep your mind guessing and your body progressing.  

 

 In addition to the 65 class  sessions you will receive a 30-minute private pre-test and goals session and 30-minute post-test session. The first session will be prior to the start of the OSM Intense Summer Special and the second one will be after the last day of class. You will also have an Open-Gym membership at OSM throughout the duration of OSM Intense Summer Special.  

 

Whether you are trying to gain fitness, looking for a competitive edge in your sport, or just seeking a healthy outlet, OSM Intense Summer Speacial is right for you!  The quality of this class is $15 class.  This is a $1365 ($105/week) value for only $585 ($45/week)!    

SUMMER 2010 CLASSES


Youth and Adult Strength and Conditioning � Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30-5:15 PM / Mondays & Wednesdays 1:30-2:20 PM
This is a challenging class designed for youth and adult athletes and non-athletes that desire  to reach a new level of fitness or competition. This class is focused on flexibility, strength, power, balance, and coordination.  This total body class will help you reach your athletic and fitness goals by teaching you how to use your strengths and abilities most effectively.


Pilates � Mondays &  Thursdays 10:00-10:50 AM

Pilates classes are designed to focus on the body�s natural capacity for a balance between control, stability, and movement for activities. Most Pilates exercises will be done on the mat. This class is for youth or adults that want to enhance their fitness level. 


OSM Intense Class - Mondays thru Fridays 9:00-9:50 AM

This is a challenging class designed for adult (and mature teen) athletes and non-athletes that desire  to reach a new level of fitness or competition. This class is focused on flexibility, strength, power, balance, and coordination.  This total body class will help you reach your athletic and fitness goals by teaching you how to use your strengths and abilities most effectively. Drop-Ins are allowed if the full program doesn't fit with your schedule, but we recommend the special prices.
