MAP Evaluations - Maximize Athletic Potential
This is strongly recommended for anyone wishing to take their athletic performance to the next level. Evaluations are completed by Catherine Ondrusek to privately assess an athlete's individual strengths and deficits and to prioritize his or her training. A survey of health and fitness information about the athlete should be completed prior to the first appointment. This is an excellent place to start so that a training plan can be developed based on the athlete's individual goals, specific deficits, and history. This is a 90 minute evaluation, performed over 2 visits - the first visit is generally 60 minutes and the follow up visit is 30 minutes. Evaluation can be followed up with a home exercise program or additional private training sessions.
